We will be offering expert energy advice and speaking about our 6C Energy partnership at this year’s ‘Power Calderdale: Community Energy’ event.
Our New Business Executive, Caroline Strangroom, will be talking all things 6C Energy, discussing our achievements to date and plans for the future.
The event, which is taking place on the 6th March at Hebden Bridge Town Hall, will provide a discussion platform for local community groups making a positive impact on the reduction of carbon emissions and operation of a greener business.
Organised by Calderdale Council and partners, the event is specifically aimed at those who own, operate and love community buildings, such as community centres, schools, churches, mosques, and children’s centres.
Guests are invited to engage with those who have operated successful energy efficiency projects and discover how they can gain funding.
Caroline Strangroom, New Business Executive at 6C Energy, said: “I am really excited about the Power Calderdale: Community Energy event. It is always privilege to be involved in any community event and meet local businesses.
“I enjoy learning about the good work that businesses in the area are already doing with energy efficiency and love exploring what else we can do to help as part of 6C Energy.”
The event will take place between 09:15 and 13:00.
